Farragut had all cylinders firing on offense on Wednesday, winning big over William Blount Governors 14-1. The win gives the Admirals a final District 4 4A record of 7-3 for 2023, which matches the HVA and Bearden records.
Farragut Admirals notched five runs in the seventh inning. Farragut Admirals’s offense in the inning came from walks by Jake Merrick and Gavin Brewer, a sac fly by Charlie Bozeman, a fielder’s choice by Eli Evans, and an error on a ball put in play by Brennon Seigler.
Ashton Sulack led things off on the pitcher’s mound for Farragut Admirals. The lefty pitched a no-hitter for 4 innings, striking out ten and walking one.
Farragut Admirals tallied ten hits. Seigler and Underwood each managed two hits to lead Farragut Admirals.
