In a game between the top two ranked teams in Tennessee, Farragut was victorious over Mount Juliet, 6-2. The Admirals currently stand 13-0 on the season.

Farragut got things started in the first inning when Tanner Kim singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

Eli Evans earned the win for Farragut Admirals Varsity. The pitcher allowed 6 hits and 2 runs over six and a third innings, striking out 4. Ben Johnson threw two-thirds of an inning in relief out of the bullpen to earn the save. 

Angus Pence had a four bagger in the third inning, the lone homer in the game for the Admirals

Farragut tallied nine hits. Kim, Brennon Seigler, and Pence each collected multiple hits for Farragut Admirals Varsity. 

The Admirals return to district play in earnest next week with games at Maryville (Monday), at Hardin Valley (Tuesday), at West (Wednesday), home vs. West (Thursday), and home vs. Catholic (Friday).
