Farragut defeated the Bearden Bulldogs 7-0 on Wednesday, April 19 as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Ashton Sulack was the winning pitcher for Farragut Admirals. Sulack scattered four hits over six innings, striking out 11 and walking none.  Cole Draper combined to complete the shutout, tossing one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Farragut Admirals (19-5, 5-3 D4 4A) opened up scoring in the first inning.  Jett Johnston singled on a 0-1 count, driving in Landis Davila, who had reached on a fielder’s choice.

The Admirals put up three runs in the fourth inning.  The offensive firepower was led by Eli Evans, Michael Delph, and Cooper Schulze, all driving in runs in the inning.

Farragut Admirals scattered 13 hits in the game.  Merrick, Buckner, and Johnston each collected three hits to lead Farragut Admirals.
